Over the last eight years, I have dipped my feet into a number of different pools of knowledge, trying to discover where my passions lay hidden.
I studied linguistics, literature, psychology, creative and technical writing, and web design. I worked in marketing, web design, proofreading and most recently, digital asset management.
I have never been one of those people who knew from the outset exactly where they were going and what they wanted out of life. At times it has been frustrating, but I am grateful for my experiences. Because of them, I found that I am passionate about information, communication and about providing people with what they need.
It could be said that what I am passionate about is customer service. Providing website visitors with a positive, engaging and informative experience. Helping people learn software by giving them straightforward and detailed written instruction. Ensuring that the customer experience is not taken away from by bad design choices or careless errors.
